I found a decent place for $1200 off 110th and Central [MENTION=2988]b00sted[/MENTION]sted how's that neighborhood?

Anyone seen anything else maybe closer to Willow Springs maybe Naperville for good price? I need something I can fit a semi in maybe, and install a car lift. Fit maybe 4 cars or a truck a car and trailer. A Small office would be nice also and maybe a loft for storage.

$1200/mo is a pretty decent price depending on square footage. I know a guy with a shop over there...It's a nice area(SW corner of Oak Lawn)...Small industrial area surrounded by residential areas and a couple cemeteries.

There are some shops around $1000/mo in New Lenox off of School House and Laraway'ish. My buddy has one there...Has a bathroom on the first floor, and a decent sized finished loft/office on the second floor.

Sucks that houses like that are 300K+ closer to naperville....

I'd rock the fuck out of that.

It depends on witch of the small towns your in out here, but there is a house even further out into the sticks I've looked at for 350k you get a 3500sqft almost brand new house, 6 acres and a shop that makes that one look like a pile of shit, all while the taxes are less than 5k a year
