Paint color code help by VIN?

I didn't get any luck getting the proper color code, need some touch up paint. Online folks suggested I look it up by vin number, unless some body shop people on here can give me a straight answer.

I figured it would've been WA648H by looking at online pictures which is the same as 32U.

That dude from touch up paint company suggested it could be blue

I think it's just confusing because of the two tone. 32U is upper and guessing the 14L is the lower color. Most likely listed as just 14
