Anybody a Chrysler tech or has anybody replaced a clock spring on a newer chrysler?

The cruise control on my 2011 Chrysler 200 has been working intermittently. I dropped it off at the dealer last night to be diagnosed and found out the clock spring is bad. It's not covered under my CPO warranty so I declined repair for now.

The part is $195 direct from Mopar. I'm somewhat technically inclined and I'm comfortable doing vehicle wiring. How much of a pain is it to replace this part? I know the steering column has to come apart.
