Don't you burn twice as much tho so how is it cheaper then spending $6.99 gal of 110?

A 55 gallon drum of 110 leaded from Sunoco is $525.08. That's about $9.55/gallon. Where are you getting $6.99 from? Are you buying swimming pools of it to get a bulk discount?

104 unleaded is even more.

E85 is a bargain even if you burn twice as much

After a few years on Corn with my own car, as well as making the switch for a few friends, I can truly say anyone running forced induction is a fool to not consider Ethanol.

Using me as an example, my setup's par is 310whp and 325 lb-ft out of the box. My car, on an INCREDIBLY mild E85 tune, with low boost and timing, produces roughly 100 WHP/TQ more. Meanwhile, I lost a pretty negligible amount for mileage. Pump I see around 30 HWY, 25 City. On Ethanol, 25/17-20 (because I suck at staying out of the throttle some days.)

Daily driven too, fuckers. No excuses!

E85 is a fantastic choice for a Forced induction engine. It is a good choice for a NA engine too, although the gains will not be as big compared to FI.

You will use about 30-35% more fuel with E85, so you will most likely need a larger pump and injectors.

When we had my car on the dyno it made 547whp @30psi on 93 octane on very little timing. we put E85 in it and only tuned the boost up 2psi to 32 (and added only 2 or 3 degrees of timing) and the car made 639whp.

92whp is a pretty damn big jump considering the car was about maxed out on 93 and nowhere near the limit on E85 (could add a good amount of timing and turn the boost up 6-8 more psi)

To me it's a no-brainer
