HEI or Unilite?

I just picked up the mallory hyfire VI and it's universal but I'm wondering what's a better ignition setup?

Hei with in cap coil?
Unilite with accel super coil?

I have both options but am wondering which would give me better output? Only revving to 6500 tops.

BTW, No vacuum advance on either.

Personally if I was going to do a dizzy setup for an SBC and I was using an ign box I'd do an HEI with an external coil adapter and a low resistance button. Bigger distributor cap means less chance of arcing across contacts. With a box and a good matching coil 6500 is probably not going to be much of anything for either if I had to guess.

So you're saying throw one of these on my hei in place of the coil that's in the cap?

Yeah, pretty much. Then again for 6500 RPM I doubt you'd go wrong either way so if I had the Unilite in my hand I'd just run it short of anything crazy like a ton of boost or spray. Even then I'd probably just tighten the plug gaps down some.
