So I’ve been going pretty hard at the gym and eating right/doing Keto again. Picked up some preworkout and I’m currently still trying not to die. Probably shouldn’t have had a full scoop but hey, I don’t fuck around. Heart rate seems normal so I think I’m okay but FUCK I am wired.

Been running a mile to the gym outside my subdivision, doing an hour or so of weights, and walking (eventually running) back home as a cool down. Been feeling pretty good and getting my cardio back up and I can already tell I’m adding distance to my running so maybe I’ll start taking a different, longer route to the gym.

Pre-workout shouldn't be used for cardio. It's more for lifting. It does cause increased heart rate. Throw induced increased heart rate on top of cardio increased heart rate... Not good. Don't kill yourself dude.

Bench going up, today hit 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 245x8, 255x5 going to burn out with a few sets of 225, just benched 2 days ago, squat yesterday was 3 sets of 5 at 275 and 2 sets of 5 at 305, 210 body weight this morning

I only do the cardio to loosen up and because hey, why would I drive a mile to the gym. When I get to the gym, I just pick heavy things up and put them down.

Already my pants and clothes are fitting better. It's crazy. Hoping I see 239 today as I was bouncing between 250-260 for basically the better part of 3-4 years. Disgusting.
