Seems as if we are sticking with biking as one of our hobbies... I have rode nothing but shit so far, box store mongoose and cheaper treks....

I am a big guy and plan to stay big, it seems even on a full suspension bike its uncomfortable AF....

I havent done too much research, but I came across this... Also open to suggestions

Any riding is better than no riding. I ride a cushy seat, grandpa bike. Hits mid 20s if I really push it. The gearing sucks. LOL!

I had a cheaper suspension bike and it sucked for on road use, the suspension absorbs too much energy and makes pedaling harder than it needs to be on the road, on the other hand fast road bikes ride hard but that's part of why they are so fast I currently ride a giant defy road bike but im looking to upgrade to a carbon defy with a better group set soon

I thought that same thing until I got a bike that was the right size its more comfortable to lean all the way forward

Have a trek fx 7.2 properly sized. So much easier to ride than the department store special 15 shitty shock absorber bike with giant knobby ass mud tires. It's a hybrid/exercise bike. Never sees anything but street and gravel, which is 95% of people's riding anyways.

I love my Diamonback. Wish I rode it more. I've got about 500 miles on it and haven't had any issues
