Shoes! Best to be on your feet on all day long

I wear through a pair of shoes ever few months easily. On my feet all day and walking around all day. My latest pair is sketchers with memory foam.They SUCK, my feet never hurt so bad and I worn down all the padding by the toes already.
I don't mind spending the coin if they are good

For work I love my steel toe red wing boots.

Outside of work, I love Asics gel running shoes.

I'm on my feet and walking all day. I've had good luck with my last 3 Adidas Duramo shoes and a Dr Scholls Gel sole insert. I try to choose a sole with a hard and long lasting compound on the bottom so I don't wear through it as quickly.

I am also in need of a decent pair with separate inserts. Even though there's no support, nike sandals seem to only have enough cushion to not cause foot issues.

I know Im a broken record with it, but go to Dick Pond Athletics and get fitted for your shoes. It can make a world of difference.

My feet always hurt after long days on them or after going for longer walks, went there to get fitted, and they put you on a treadmill and analyze your walking pattern, found out I pronate when I walk, so they fit me into some Saucony shoes that have more stiffness on the inside edge of the foot and fixes my mild pronation....

Their shoes arent more than online, and you get great customer service. Plus then once you know your stride you can always shop elsewhere.

Heard great things about Brooks Beast shoes, I ended up in a Saucony just because it fit really well.

just ordered a pair of the addidas...ill have a review for ya'll next week. currently rocking my 1.5yr old underarmor running shoes which are still wearing pretty well but the soles have worn a bit and i think its time for something new.

I did the fitting thing and also due to my odd feet had insoles made by Agony of De-feet in libertyville and it is like I am walking on air. found me shoes that match my pronation and I don' wear through soles as quickly now.

They also have a 'For Life' plan where basically, they fix or replace the item for life.

Nothing worse than getting rid of an old pair of shoes that fit perfect, well, like an old pair of shoes!

i ended up going to the new balance store and got some decent shoe with an insert. my feet feel a lot better. Still have some days where they are soar but it doesn't hurt to walk anymore
only thing i didn't like was the price.
$215 with inserts!! WTF

So far they are decent. I honestly think when I first purchased my under armor running shoes they were more comfortable but we will see. I still don't see what all the hype was with these shoes and 'walking on a cloud' statements..my UA shoes lasted me a good 2 years and cost $38.

I agree, those felt like I was standing on rocks. Comfortable but nothing soft like a cloud. I hated how the tonuge was sewed into the sides and had no movement and how tight it was on the top of my foot
