Default Mobile Motion Racing Simulators - Accelerate your next event!

Hello there TCGer's!

My other venture as of late is with my friend Zach and his business, SimGear. We have teamed up to bring his bad ass racing simulators to the masses. Not everyone can afford a $25k racing sim, but we are now offering rentals for all different types of events!

They are fully mobile and can come to you, or host at event at our HQ in Schaumburg (the old SpeedInc entrance).

Great for bachelor parties, corporate events, charity events, cars shows, etc. Also a huge draw for trade show exhibits if you do anything like that for your work or business.

Stay tuned as we are planning an event for TCG most likely sometime in April. Maybe @PANDA the event nazi can help coordinate.

Mook, BS ISF and Bub like this.

It supports all major games with motion output, iracing is the biggest and most realistic, but also project cars and asseto Corsa.

The rental pricing is $100hr at our location per sim. Off site within 20 miles is $750 for a half day or $1250 for a full day.

Yeah the people renting it solo per hour are usually competitive road course drivers getting practice or familiarizing themselves with a new track. All the tracks are scanned to within an inch so they can learn their brake zone markers and where to let-up or not, etc. Group events are a blast and soon we will have 4 rigs up and running at once.

Im thinking a couple hrs racing at the shop and then off to VTG Schaumburg down the street for the meet.

Some general info about the games we support:

- iRacing
Most realistic and most difficult
Can customize cars (put logos and sponsors on it)
10/10 realism, 7/10 graphics

- Project Cars (pCars)
Very unrealistic
amazing graphics
amazing sound
NO customization
4/10 realism, 10/10 graphics

- Assetto Corsa
Unlimited number of customization
can have custom tracks and cars created
8/10 realism, 8/10 graphics

Other games:
Dirt 3
Dirt 4
F1 2015, 2016, etc
Grid 1/2
Live for Speed
rFactor
rFactor 2

I propose putting @Mook into it for Dirt 3 so we can listen to the swearing.

For iracing do you have people log into their own accounts or racing on generic ones in practice laps.

I think Rfactor is the only one on that list where you can get Autobahn/Gingerman if anyone was interested in learning those tracks before an event.

Not sure if he has had people log into their own accounts before, most use our corp account. I don't see why you couldn't tho.

They are supposedly in talks with iRacing to get scanned in, but who knows.

I keep learning new stuff about the game, its pretty incredible. The tires actually change driving characteristics as they warm up, gives you an estimate to the degree per tire based on your driving.

After practicing for a few hours the other night I kept catching myself left foot braking and shooting for the apex on every turn on the way home in my truck. lmao
