My Z06 needs more than a wash. Would like to have the paint polished out and get it really looking good in spring time. who is good on here? I remember there used to be 1 or 2 members who owned a detailing business that were doing vipers and lambos all the time. remember seeing pictures but cant think of names.

You can do it yourself man, for the cost of a detail, you can buy a kit from adams with a quality buffer and watch their how to videos. Our vet clear coat is very stubborn, so it takes some practice. How about some pics of what it needs?
I've seen someone fuck up a real nice paint job doing it themselves. I will not risk it on a $40,000 car. I can clay bar and wax a car but i want this the best possible shine that can be had without a repaint. so I will leave that to a professional.

I no longer detail on the side even though I've done my far share of $100,000+ cars, there is too much liability involved as a non-business and the risk isn't worth a few hundred bucks.
