Factory reset. Updated. In overall good condition. You can see in one of the pics the metal is dinged b/c I dropped it in gravel. Rest of the phone is great. Comes w/ a super thin case that is durable as shit. Charger as well obviously.
Will likely factory reset again upon purchase (with you there) b/c I'm anal about that and b/c going through the setup, it forced me to login with my gmail account and even though I removed it, I'm paranoid
