pm sent. i guess that stick is gone

Hey Tony... got your PM...I'll drop you a call tomorrow. I'm thinking about a "kidney" shaped patio that would be about 500 sq/ft, plus a walkway from the patio to the driveway in front.

We first thought about a brick paver, but then really like the look of a stamped concrete patio. Know if your buddy does stamping?

Thanks!

My dad does concrete work in the summer, He's retiring from his job this summer so i dont know how much he'll do this summer. Ill ask if you want me to. He's already got one job lined up, like i said, that might be it tho.

If he can't do it, would he at least be able to give me an idea of what a decent price would be to have it done? Like I said above, about a 500 sq/ft kidney shaped patio, stamped, an a walkway from the back patio to the driveway in front.

I'd be looking at mid/end of August btw...

Thanks!

From what I got from him

Concrete $720

Stone $275

Dump $350

Lumber $75

Wire $50

Labor $1600 *Dig/frame/pour/finish/cleanup

Stamp $200 (Not sure about this one)

Total $3270. Thats just a guestimate

Hi-Low 3500-3270

He's not going to do it tho. He's taking it easy after retirement. Sorry bout that but this is what he would have charged.

Search your area for contractors and check their work.
