I feel for you, man. I was just on the phone with my sunroom company. We paid them and are waiting for the final plans so I can get the permits and get going on the concrete work. My hot tub is sitting at American Sale's and I can't get the damn thing to my house until I get the concrete foundation and slab. I can't get the slab until I get the permits. I can't get the permits until I get the plans. the planning guy is ON VACATION! I wish I had something like... say... a HOT TUB to help me relieve this stress.
