Let me qualify these by saying I'm a novice, and I run with street tires. I'm still learning.

First clip is what happens when a person is tight, overexcited, trying the wrong brake pad compound, and just generally getting it all wrong. Saturday autocross, my first session, damp track, arrogant novice driver.

Best time was 2:49.922

In the second clip, I've calmed down quite a bit. Went back to brake pads I know work, and learned the track a bit better. Sunday touring, 1st session for me. FWIW I did get much better and smoother but ran out of camcorder battery so I didn't capture it.

Jon, I watched that vid going, wow that is soo cool! I thought I was at great america for a little bit, but when WE came around that last turn... I was like OH SHI... I am sorry to see that, hope all is well. No blood no foul... I hope all is well

entire side of car needs to be repainted. scratched headlight and tore front bumper cover away from its anchor on the fender. no dents and the mirror and cobra emblem are fine. its weird.

any crash you can walk away from is a good one.

dont run hawk ht10 with street tires.

You were MUCH more composed in the second vid and probably went alot faster. Those vids were AWESOME.

I couldn't believe you were running with all the moisture creeping up your windshield. I was expecting a wipeout throughout the whole first video, but I guess the track wasn't soaked, just damp.

If I can, I'm gonna go just to spectate.
