Here are some pictures from Jon Patterson's Mokena meeting. We did not have as many people show as last time, but we were only a few cars shy of that... I think the weather scared some, however we ended up having a beautiful day in the 80's and the sun made some REDNECKS...

Enjoy...

PS for those nine cars that cruised up from Oakbrook I will put some video together with the pics from today and should be done by the middle of the week.

Oakbrook Pre-meeting 0900ish

Here is the NW meeting place, we can usually get the cars here and tour down to Mokena, it's ALWAYS a fun drive. Leave it to Andy to always provide the flair with his custom Italian, blah, blah, blah... Cobra shirt... as someone said, SELL IT AND BUY SOME TIRES... you are a hazard to us!! jk :biggthump

Dana at work... swear this guy has to be one of the best guys around... not selfish and always willing to help. Here he is in action and one of the Cobra's who will remain nameless unless he would like to make claim to his mods...

Sorry I missed it, but here's what I did:

Chicago to Windsor Ontario. In Michigan, birds like to swoop in front of the Cobra. Swerved, barely missing some birds along the way, I was like WTF I'm not even speeding. Was just doing 80MPH. Finally, the Cobra bit one. The birdie almost made it across, swooping in front of my car. SPLAT. Got the headlight - blood and guts all over, and feathers inbetween the hood opening. Are they attracted to Sonic blue or just the exhaust? Hrmm.

What is the speed limiter on our cars? I hit almost 155 MPH and my battery light came on. I slowed down and it went back off. Hrrmm. Note to self: Avoid going over 150MPH (had a "situation" so I had to get away real fast

On the way back, I saw a Ford 500 with manufacturer plates, and a NEW 2005 black Mustang and a White one right behind it heading East on I-94 going towards Jackson (opposite direction of where I was going)
