Planning a Friday night in the city - Need help

Ill be turning 21 on the 9th and I want to get a bunch of friends together and go out partying. I was trying to search for someone to help organize this but I wasnt sure where to start.

Basically I want to see if I could get a package deal. Like transportation, entrance fee, and maby a few drinks in one set price.

Anyone recommend a good place to start?

Call limo companies. Some will have partnerships with bars where cover is waived if you ride around town with 'em.
