Running triple monitors in Vista

I'm trying to run triple monitors using Vista and it isn't recognizing one of my monitors. I have a monitor connected to VGA and DVI, then my TV connected to s-video. Vista won't recognize the TV connected to s-video. Both XP and Windows 7 were able to run this setup.

I don't know what the problem is. Does anyone have any help for me?
