Anyone have a Garage Built

I am leveling a 2 car garage to build a 3+ car garage.
Anyone have any recommendations on a company or contractor who has experience?

Also any tips for the build or layout would also be greatly appreciated.

Almost all my customers wish they built bigger. So, my only advice is to build it bigger than you think you need. It doesn't cost much more when you're still in the planni ng phase.

I'm having a company called Garage 4 U build mine currently. Everything has been good so far, the electrical should be finished tomorrow and then I'll have my final inspection. This company had good Angieslist reviews and all they do is garages.

Danley built our garage. We went with 24 wide x 34 feet long. I can fit 2 small to midsize cars end to end, but it's a tight fit. I wish it was 3 feet longer.

Whats a garage go for these days? My brother had one built in the late 2000s.... 24x24 finished without any electrical and it was like 12,5ish in Chicago.

Buddy in Chgo had a garage built by Danley a couple of years ago. Not sure on size but he has to put his Ram in on an angle to close the door. Bare bones everything and he paid $15k

I'm almost $30k into mine and it is 25' X 24'. I went with 10' ceilings, an 8' garage door, bigger rafters, and a bunch of other stuff that I thought would be useful long term. At least half of the cost went to the concrete which is DEEP on the opposite side of the house, almost a 3 foot ledge so that it can stay even with the existing attached garage. I think you could do a "normal" garage for something like $20k depending on size and even cheaper if you have an existing slab.
