Not from what I can see. This ruling affects PASPA but not UIGEA. At best, it will allow people to get more used to online sports betting with the possibility of new online poker laws in the future. Don't hold your breath.

You will be able to bet on Bears/Cubs/Sox/Bulls/Blackhawks or other sports events if Illinois allows the betting (which they will for the tax $$).

$5B in sports bet done in Vegas each year. $150B done in the USA through the black market. This had to be one of the most blatantly broken laws on the books.

Glad to see this happen, and wonder who the 3 moron Supreme Court Justices are that voted against legalization.

I love betting. It is a great strategy to control the pace of your betting on your game if you are aware or you do know that you are only playing with limited fund or budget so you will just play on small bets and will avoid to go all in which will be good to control the way you play the bets you will place and it will lead you to play a longer time since you are watching the amount you bet at casino
