Anyone looking for storage, small shop

Looking at renting a hanger in Monee area and it's way too big.
It has heat, but I believe it only has basic lighting, no welding or working type deal, storage unit only.
It's ~2800' and I need about 1000' ish.
It's ~26 cents a foot, plus $15 a month for lights.

Trying to get more details asap, just seeing if anyone local is interested.

I need storage badly. Realistically I only need outdoor yard space. I've got 1,800ish now but it's in mt. prospect and I'm getting kinda tired of driving there all the time, though it has its benefits with selling some of the landscape stuff as there never seems to be a shortage of buyers around that area.

Talked to Rick twice last night.
They love it there, and have actually moved into a bigger unit they like it so much there.
I should have more details today. I did find out the large units are all taken by rich guys with private jets.
So I'll find out what they have left, small or mediums.
The heat is not free, it's usually $150-200 total for the winter, but it's on a meter, so I would probably keep it lower than they do.
They keep theirs at 60*. I keep my shop at 49* except on W/E's when I'm there.

If anyone is interested, message or post so I know how many vehicles we need to fit.
