lots of different situations there.

and frankly "as is" really barely means anything. just means the seller isn't gonna fix anything... and that could be because they have no money, the house is in a trust, the house is part of a settlement, etc. tons of reasons.

Aero Estates. Longtime air strip community, but most of the houses are newer while the older original ranches like these are mostly gone. White Eagle is across the street (59).
