I will tell you that Yum Inc's marketing people are fucking geniuses. Not just this but a broad score of other stuff they do.

Good ad. Terrible transition to a new supply company. With no proof, KFC trusted the new supplier to meet their optimistic projections. Saved a few bucks on delivery and lost more on sales and image.
