Actually, they must be having service problems right now. I'm pulling down the same speeds but my upload is averaging 5-10mbps.

I'm normally around 20mbps down while on Sprint.

I'm jumped over to Tmobile, for example, and I'm seeing 10ish down and 20 up (my house is kind of a bad spot for data on both networks).

Oh, no, they aren't having any service problems.

They are just adjusting your account to their basic offering, I would expect to see the 'premium' offerings later per website.

Sprint is horrible. Nothing new.

I thought about switching back a couple months ago when I bought a new phone. But I reminded myself what having Sprint is like. I slammed my hand in a door. Then I happily signed back up with Verizon.

Yeah, I read the title of this thread and thought "When has Sprint NOT sucked?"

Got rid of them years ago and will never go back.
Been with T-Mobile ever since and never have any issues.
Also have Verizon for work devices and they're good too.

I wasted so much time and money with Sprint. A few years ago I switched and will never go back. Their new commercials about being within 1% had me think about it for a moment. Then I snapped out of it.

Plus Verizon finally came out with a plan for individual customers instead of being forced to be on a family plan without a family. Saved me a lot of money. So I have no reason to leave. Current g/f > Ex g/f. lmao

AT&T was better. But I had issues with them too. They weren’t great.

Sprint is garbage. I like how they got the "can hear me now?" guy on their commercials to fool people into believing Sprint is actually on par with the other carriers
