Will County, small shop or storage building needed

Looking to down grade from my shop again.
Storage for a couple of trucks, cars, equipment.

Looking for something in Will County, ~1000-1500 sq ft.
Needs a 12' tall overhead door to fit my truck.

Single shop or split a larger unit?? Must be long term.

Don't need water, bathroom, heat or anything fancy.
Just storage basically. Must be safe & secure more than fancy.
Will be racing out of the house.

Does need to be a decent area, and at least 3 outside parking spots for a couple of vehicles that don't need to be stored inside.

Still looking for a small shop or even a damn public storage type place that has 20-30 or 20-40 units.
Every place I call has nothing

Even if it's just a rumor, let me know if there's anything out there so I can check into it.
