Quixtar (Amway) was something similar to this. Incentives to get others to join rather than actually selling products. Pyramid type of business. Well low and behold, they got sued with a class action.

So all I say is this. Be careful. I had a friend that gave everything up to do this type of business. He put so much time and effort and he didn't get much in return. I tried warning him as well and eventually he finally found out the hard way.
