As far as socket orgasmnization, years back I got these from, well, us...

Sears.com

They lay in the bottom of the drawer and you just drop the respective sized socket into each hole.

My only thing with those is I keep my sockets all in shallow drawers so I don’t know what I’d do with deep sockets (really what I use the most)

Ive got the HF version of those in one of the larger drawers. The only thing I didnt like about my craftsman box was there are no full length drawers in the 41. So my socket drawer looks a bit messy.

I will have to snap a pic to explain.

I did go with deeper drawers for my sockets to begin with, so not faced with a depth issue. Can't remember if I planned it that way or not though.

I have no shame putting Crapsman stuff in a Snap-On cabinet. The only issue is, my drawers in the Snap-on cabinet are about a 1/4 inch not as wide, but I still like these better than those rails posted above as it keeps the sockets neatly upright at all times and it's easy to find the size you need.

Problem with those boxes (Milwaukee, dewalt, husky, etc....) is that they are only 20 deep. And I bet the drawer is even less. When I upgraded my work toolbox from a 2 bay to a 3 bay I also went from I think a 26 to a 30 depth. Let me tell you the extra depth makes the box hold wayyyyyyyy more than the extra width of the 3 bay. Im now kicking myself for not going even deeper.

Mine will be more for home improvement tools than anything. I will likely have one or maybe two drawers for the car stuff, but overall it's the house tools that I need the room for....

Still think my most used tool though is this one:

Klein 11 in 1
#1 Phillips
#2 Phillips
3/16" slotted
1/4" slotted
T10 torx
T15 torx
#1 square drive
#2 square drive
1/4" nut driver
5/16" nut driver
3/8" nut driver

Especially nice for doing electrical work.....
