Small engine parts - where to get?

I need a muffler for the snow blower I got from a member on here and it looks like the lowest I can find online is like 60ish bucks.

i don't have any welding equipment, my father in law's neighbor does maybe i'll ask him. it's cracked in a pretty shitty spot..

That gives a general idea of the crack, i can get a picture of it when i get home
