Neighbor looking for cheap white oak

Can be used, ugly, painted, whatever, as long as it's solid.

2 x 12 preferred, but 2 x 10 or 2 x 8 could be do able if cheap enough, any length 8-24 foot!!!!


Anyone have anything laying around, lumber yards are way more than he's willing to pay.

He's trying to patch a heavy duty trailer as cheap as possible, he's retiring and leaving his business to a dumb ass son.
So he's trying to fix up the equipment a little before the moron ruins the business.

Regular wood lasts about a week before ripping apart.

They have used regular lumber in an emergency, but the machines weigh ~40,000 pounds or more when muddy.
The tracks tears the piss out of regular lumber.

Even the laminated stuff will work for awhile, but then gets shredded from the weight & tracks tearing into it.

I think most of the problems are because they twist on the trailer
They need to load better so they don't have to center themselves before tying down.
I've also seen them twist going up the ramp and tearing the hell out of the steps!!!!
