Looks like 3 trees need to be removed. Grabbing some random quotes but I'll be looking for a fair price. Don't think DIY would be a smart move even though the chain saws are ready to go.

Right now tree removal is not cheap anywhere because everyone is still playing catch up after all the storms we've had.

It's definitely not cheap, but when it has a chance to hit a house it's best to call in pros. I did mine a few years ago and used a place called Steve's tree service.

so here is the google street view, two pines are dead, and that third one was permitted to grow with a split trunk, the left side is angled and seems to be directly in line with falling on the neighbors living room? The urgency lies with an ACTUAL split in the wood at the split of the trunk if you look close.
