I've had them fly up my shorts and bite me on my nuts... They get really bad out here this time of year.

Also had poison ivy on every place you can think of. That is one of the most unpleasant experiences you can have.

Dude in basic training didn't see the fire ant hill when we stopped our march and pulled security. 4am, dark and quiet out, when all of a sudden dude gets up and starts dancing and cussing. Drill Sergeants had a laugh

Right on the tip of the bump on the ankle. Wouldn't be a big deal but it happened on a sunday night and I have to wear boots all week. No the 6" boot DOES NOT scratch the itch, it makes it worse and eventually you're not only itching but you're also bleeding. Fucked up part of it is I don't react to mosquito bites, I rarely show a bump and it almost never makes me itch.

I have to agree with this one. The bends of the extremities are constantly irritating those bites.
