The other house I have, if we decide to keep it, we're planning on razing it and making our McMansion. I have mandated at least 4 car garage with high enough ceilings for lifts, and if at all possible, running it down into the basement for even more space. If I lay it out in an "L" shape, that section between garage banks can be used for all kids shit and yard implements.

Her comment was, "Will I ever see you again?"
