I would assume part of the bankruptcy tells everyone to get bent.

it seems all the electronic stores fold in under 10years ..then a new one appears.Remember Highland Super stores ,Fretter,Silo,Circuit City..who's next Fry's or Best Buy
ABT seems to be the strongest locally probably because family owned,not corporate

The only thing good about HH Gregg was that you could negotiate prices on the bigger items.

I paid less for my TV, TV Stand, wall mount, and in-wall kit than I would have if i paid for the TV alone.

My last Sony VCR with a jog shuttle cue'ing system on the unit and on the remote, I bought a Fretter if I recall.

The only thing I ever bought from HHGregg was my Garmin several years back. Ended up paying less for an upgraded model, than other stores were selling the next model down for.

Abt is pretty impressive. Hopefully they stay wise enough to not expand in to other markets. They do petty good with just that one store. The fleet of trucks is massive. 187 power units according to the USDOT.

Just left the one by our house. Not much selection honestly. Most of tvs are gone only really expensive ones were left and not worth it. Only 10-30% off on select items currently. Nothing really we needed so we left
