Seems like a bitch move to me. It's not like he ran up to the guy and showed that he had intent to hit him. He just calmly walked up to him and swung. The other guy obviously was not ready for it, so it looked like a cheap shot to me. The other guy didn't even have a chance to get into a fighting stance.
