"Ghost Adventurers" star Zak Bagans has closed a possible portal to Hell by demolishing his haunted house.

Bagans had the Gary, Indiana crib bulldozed ... this after an encounter during the filming of his documentary ... an encounter with "dark energy."

The "Ghost Adventures" star bought the house in 2014 after reports surfaced the family that had been living there was terrorized by demons.

Zak says the demons were the real deal, and felt strongly it should never be inhabited again. He believes dark energy permeated the rubble ... so he had it locked away in a storage facility.

Amazing how the demon infested home is a cheap Gary home that didn't cost much to purchase. You'd think demons would be living in luxury or an old castle or something.

Heard about this a few weeks ago. I visited it last October and walked around it. Was all boarded up but probably should've broke in if i knew it wasn't going to be there this year. It had motion lights on the front & 1 side. Back door wasn't boarded, didn't even check it to see if it was locked.
