I have a ruebens tube in my basement. It was pretty fun to play with.
I have it rigged to work with a propane tank, I could bring it to a barbecue sometime if anyone wants to see it.

Realistically, while dimensions will affect the standing waves, for simple music visualization it probably won't matter so long as the box is uniform in measurements and the speakers are placed in the center of each side.

The sound waves need to be perpendicular to each other, and the box's dimensions need to be a square.

doesn't look like they released plans for it, probably a ton of experimentation to get it decent, that and a ton of time
