Quickbooks. Anyone here use it?

Anyone here really good with quickbooks? I've been using it for almost a year now and figured it out on my own. I know for a fact I'm doing things wrong or not as productive as possible. Wondering if there is anyone here that is really good at it that can help me out.
I don't want to pay an accountant $35+ an hour to figure it out

why my profit/loss statement doesn't match my balance

why is it so easy to delete and invoice but so damn hard to delete a payment. took me hours to delete 2 PO's and get the balance back to where it was

how and when to reconcile

if i'm even entering my data correctly

a good/easy way to manage what i owe for current sales tax

some other questions to prep me for tax returns at the the end of the year

things of that nature. it would be easier for me to show someone or have them watch me on how i do it and show me a better way

Used to use it for my business and became convinced it is made intentionally harder than it should be so accountants stay in business.
