I'm no captain PANDA but larger vessels have the right of way, correct? Guessing there is only so much room for it and these boats were in it's way?

Agust 1st 2015 - Portland Or - 1pm, The Portland Spirit fails to give the coast guard and sheriff time to clear a blocked channel during the Redbull Flugtag. The aggressive captain of the spirit motors forward into the boaters, and swimmers- damaging property, and injuring (unconfirmed) 5 people actively swimming, and trapped between boats.
PORTLAND, Ore. – The airships flying off Red Bull's "Flugtag" ramp Saturday weren't necessarily the show-stopper. What stopped the show was the sheer number of people who turned out for the competition.
Now, according to the U.S. Coast Guard, there is an official investigation into whether Red Bull violated its event permit. The event permit, obtained by KATU News, states, "You are reminded that your organization is primarily responsible for safety in the regatta area and that this permit does not relieve you of such responsibility."
The U.S. Coast Guard pulled Red Bull's event permit due to overcrowding two-hours before the event was intended to end.
“The Red Bull event staff was unable to control event spectators and as a result could not prevent hazardous conditions as required by the event permit,” the Coast Guard said in a news release.
The Coast Guard said there were more than 500 recreational boats on the Willamette during the event, far more than the 100 Red Bull said was expected on the water, according to the Coast Guard.
The investigation follows a separate investigation into whether the Portland Spirit hit a handful of boats while attempting to pass through an already crowded waterway, Saturday.
Nearly 90,000 people attended the event along Tom McCall Waterfront Park, as dozens of teams with homemade flying machines competed on a 28-foot-high ramp built by Red Bull.
Red Bull released a brief statement following the event's early end, but has said it will not be commenting further.
shes at :20 seconds too.. would lick her asshole
Doesn't seem like they gave the boaters enough time. I'd sure as hell be suing for any damage to my boat.
