Anyone had one? Just got mine done yesterday and my right nut is more swole than my left one. Also probably doesn't help I've been moving around a lot and not staying on the couch like the doc said.

It is totally normal. Except it was brown and nasty looking. Freaked me out for a min until I realized it was dried blood. Completely normal after that.....lol

That's what I had too. But the doc was having a hard time gripping the vas on my right side so he had to make a second incision.

Frozen peas. Smash the bag around so they are all free moving with no clumps. Then sit on them. Toss them back in the freezer for next time.

That's what I heard. I've just been using a normal ice pack.

The peas mold to the body better. May be a bit more comfortable. I used both and liked the peas better.

Plus, it's fun to ask your wife to cook the peas once you are completely finished with them. For some reason, Amy would not do that. :smile:

I'm really trying to. Tough with an infant having to constantly get up to feed/change diapers. Wife is still sleeping since she got up all night with him so I didn't have to.

Trying to sit as much as I can though.

That should be fine, but definitely lay off of lifting/exercise for like a week or two.

No problem there. I haven't seen the inside of a gym for a few years. Lol.
