I don't think a drone is substantial enough to damage a plane like that. in a turbine, sure, it's going to mess some stuff up just like a bird would. Planes are light weight but it's not that flimsy

Actually most birds don't mess up turbines at all, and more than likely neither would a small drone. It would just turn into confetti. There could be some slight damage but not enough to blow out the turbine engine or bring a plane down.

They test the the integrity of those engines by throwing frozen chickens through them until failure when fully spun up (at least that used to be one of the tests). Now throw a flock of Canadian geese through them then yeah that'll screw it up.
