Lipos are a blast. Off-road especially.

You can get near the same acceleration with a 1/8th off road car. They move out on 5 and 6s lipo.

I love all of my cars.

My 1/7th on-road will nail 60 in under 3 seconds and 100 in less than 6.

My off roads are slower but still do about 50-70mph.

You need 1/8th scale for big power. Sure, the little ones get fast, but they don't get tough.

1/8th scale Monster Truck, Truggy, or Buggy is just about indestructible.

I love my Nexx8 Buggy, and my Jammin CRT Pro truggy. Both are brushless lipo, but the Jammin was a conversion.

The Jammin truggy is all built up. Hardened diff gears, lightweight shaft/outdrives, and axles. All 7075 T6 aluminum, cnc, blah...etc...expensive shit....

If you don't want to mess with modding and want something good out of the box, Traxxas E revo vxl with lipo batteries.

That shit is tiny. Will be fun for a bit but pretty unusable even in grass. Good on pavement.

Check out the traxxas summit. Basically a monster truck revo.

That Teton thing just looks like an e maxx and that chassis is weak as fuck. I broke bulk heads off all the time.

It's an addicting hobby, I haven't touched mine in over a year, have 2 nitro 4x4, one works one doesn't, and stampede electric brushless, it's a blast and fun, change batteries and go! I'm gonna have to dig them out of you serious, hell you can borrow it to see if it's something you like. Just give me a week to find everything for it.
