I'm pretty sure Time Warner Cable is throttling me

It's to the point where I can't even load a webpage. Everything times out or at best looks like this:

Is there any other way I can check/test/prove they're throttling? Also, are there any other possibilities that could be causing this?

Go download winMTR. That seems like some form of packet loss. Actually, simpler than that can you ping without packet loss? If not go download WinMTR and then when they try to tell you it's your line you can send them the output.

have you tried resetting your modem/router? this happens to me about once a month with comcast and is fixed with a quick reset.

Try changing your DNS servers to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Sometimes ISP's name servers can get overloaded, slow and unresponsive.

That Ping is very high for a home connection as well. I'm Around a 20 with my home wifi

looks like he tested on a Los Angeles server, 133ms to LA from here is not too terrible. I'm betting on DNS....

1.5 tb through nov.... shit....... i went through that in less than a month w/comcrap

Lol. The only things I download are Xbox games. maybe online gaming just builds up that much data
