After a little over 4 1/2 years with a slightly crazy woman that puts up with a 6' 200lbs toddler (have to be slightly crazy to put up with me) we FINALLY tied the knot on Saturday in Lake Geneva. The first venue we looked at was the Riviera and it was one and done, the place is beautiful even with no decorations. I have yet to hear from anyone that had a bad time and I have yet to hear any complaints about the food or anything with the exception of running thru a keg of beer right after dinner.
I've been engaged to my wife for about 3 years and we waited until we had a house to get married and it was well worth the wait. My wife busted her ass and worked a ton of overtime and saved a lot of money in a short period of time for this and I take little credit for any of the planning, organizing etc etc etc.
I know my wife is pretty but my jaw hit the floor when I saw her walking down the isle with her father
Me and my guys. My brother in law got ordained just to marry us and gave a really good really short ceremony, which is what we wanted.
All of the decorations including the centerpieces were made by my parents, her parents, my wife or myself. The cupcake stand behind me was made by my father and I.
Happy wife, happy life.......unless it takes a team of women to get you in and out of your dress and you have to pee in a hurry. 4 women + 4 bathroom stalls = them being in the bathroom for 45 minutes
All night I heard my goofy wife saying "I gotta make sure muh titties aren't falling out" her curves combined with style of the dress meant a lot of pulling and tugging to keep her from popping out. I love this pic because it pretty much defines my wife. I love this woman because she's absolutely gorgeous, insanely smart and goofy as hell all at the same time, plus she puts up with an asshole like me.
