Super badass.... the Hoover Dam is a marvel of modern engineering and human effort, Im in awe every time I see it.

Water level is down big time though

Yeah, that water level is way down.
Last time I was there, it was nearly up to the bottom of the bridge on those intake towers.
That's a pretty serious drought.

I agree.

It was 115 degrees that day. :eek:

WHere did you stay in Vegas? That bridge is almost done lol In January it was half complete, in June it was 3/4 and now it looks to be laid down. Ill have to pull pictures from Jan to see if the water levels changed, love Az and Las Vegas..

I stayed at The Venetian. That place is by far the best I've stayed at. :biggthump I love it out there too. I might go again next month or for sure next spring.

That bridge is just an express route for people who live there so they dont have to deal with all the traffic going to look around at the dam... I couldnt imagine having to drive thought that area daily...... Homeland Security was stopping a TON of cars last time I was there (August 2009).....

I wanna get back soon to check out City Center, it's been in progress my last two visits, now I want to see it completed....
