Nope. After all, I cannot murder people just because I put an "I will murder you if you come in my yard" sign. Don't make the mistake of confusing this with a "no trespassers" sign because it would be different. It could be assumed that it was consentual, but could not be proven and thus that guy would go to jail REAL quick and face the full prosecution of the law. In this case it would not only be considered rape, but pre-meditated rape as well.
