Turbo GTP Daytona Repairs

I've been allowed to share the repair pics of my (and Mook's) old GTP. The buyer took it and immediately went to town to fix it. The person fixing it (Darryl) though, is not the owner.

The chain was severely stretched and the reluctor wheel was sheared off. They also fixed some other small stuff like a vacuum leak but said the car was great.

They also wanted to add in a front bumper support in order to pass MI inspection I guess...

I bought it from Kevin aka 6L56 aka IST TRPR.

Mystery solved. I was from what records showed as being the third owner.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with on the deal. He gave me a hell of a base to continue with.

yes car was in my possession for a few weeks and i was always a fan of this car.' SNKBITE owned car when i was trying to buy it and it was sold when i finally got enough money to buy it
oh well i purchased another 2000 Daytona and my car has since went way beyond this car, after having both side by side i still Love this car but love mine that much more as i built it
Now i am trying to get my buddy to purchase this car off Rob from 3800performance and just cant seem to work everything out just yet....
Hes hard to work with which Angus will im sure attest too?
Either way i had car apart, installed the aluminum front bumper support to add rigidity back in front end
this car is a clean car still i hated to not finish repairing some of the other stuff but current owner didnt want everything fixed?
