Just picked this up last night from another member on here.

He got it as partial trade for his GTP and let it go for an extremely reasonable price. Wanted an explorer originally, but this was 130% of the explorer for the same money as a Janky example.

1999 Ford Expedition
152k on the clock
AWD
5.4
3rd row seating

High points:
Cheap
Tow Package
Dry as a bone underneath
Clean/straight underside
Very 'straight' interior (dirty, but no real stains or tears to speak of)
Rides/shifts/accelerates smoothly
Aftermarket speakers

Low Points:
Was 15K past due for an oil change
Needs tires yesterday (50-60 PSI in all 4 tires when he got it).
Has some sort of front steering issue (I suspect hub as the ABS light is on)
Janky alarm
Needs some rust repair on the bottoms of both rear doors
And a slew of nick-nack shit
-door ajar is broken for one of the doors
-a couple of missing plastics
-wipers need adjustment
-ODB port wasn't scanning to let me see what the CEL it has is for

Over-all, it will be an extremely solid all weather warrior for towing with once I sort its issues.

Well, started working on this thing today-

Fixed the glove box
Oil and filter change
Rear brake line (burst in my driveway this morning)
Wipers (Icons baby)
Picked up upper control arms and ball joints
And starter 'sprucing' it up:

First we decided the rear carpet was a lost cause, so me and Miss Esa decided to do something we both have always wanted to do:

(Interior is grey, hard to tell):

And then we decided to start murdering it out after we realized we had a Slab o' truck to work with:

Pulling door trim:

First painted wheel and the critical sticker mod:

And another sticker mod (haters gonna hate, always wanted to put this on something)

Finished stripping the side cladding and touched up the quarter rust spot.

Still need to paint 2 rims, and touch up the hood amount other things:

The Bedliner rear interior looks pretty slick, cleaned up the rear seats, so now I'm left with:

Needs new air filter
Serpentine?
Maybe front brake pads
To remove the resonator (rattles)
Clean the front 2 rows of interior
Reinstall the stereo
Remove or repair alarm (Janky)
Replace front uppers and ball joints (cheap and the upper ball joints are toast)
