IMO it isnt what it used to be. If you are going to go, I would suggest going Saturday. They have the "tuner gallery" upstairs on Saturday only. Some nice builds up there, and usually some nice half naked chicks walking around.

It always feels like a half assed show. But usually some nice cars. I really havent seen a car there in years that has completely WOWed me. But still worth going.

We hit up RAM afterwards last year for the awesome burgers. mmmmmm

They do this every year , Winners Circle hands out flyers .

I love winners circle I buy all my fuel fragrance from there and run my car in my garage so i can smell it better.

Its a decent show, pretty much the same feature cars there every year though. its something to do to get out of the house, and there is a large variety. Rat rods, bikes, extremely high end show cars, riced out cholo cars with ebay body kits, drag cars, etc. There are usually a decent amount of vendors there too.

i went last year and year before. it wasn't all that there were more vendors selling t-shirts and parts than hot rods. i think it was better when it used to be at mccormick. they jacked up the entry fee like every year i went. i can't remember off hand but it was was like $17+. i wouldn't be surprise it's up to $20 this year plus parking too. orielley's auto parts have discount coupon they give out. i might go saturday, but im taking the blue line cta this way don't have to worry paying for parking.

I'm going Saturday. It's better and easier to go to since they moved. It's worth a look because there is nothing better to do. I think Speed will have a booth there too.

I'm going on Sunday. My father will have his '36 Ford 5-window there. If you're into Retro-Rods, you'll like this one.
