The P.O.C.I National Convention

Mark your calander's! It will be held at the Pheasant Run Convention Center (linked) on JULY 17th to 21st. This P.O.C.I. (linked) event is CO-SPONSORED by the Cruisin' Tigers GTO Chapter (linked). Last year, they expected 400 cars and got about 550 cars. This year they expect 1,100 cars.
This is EXPECTED to be the largest PONTIAC event EVER!!!!
If you are NOT a member, NO WORRIES! For the Convention, the P.O.C.I. is offering a temporary 3 MONTH membership. Due to insurance purposes, you are required to be a member to be in the show and participate. So, for only $10 more than the regular registration fee of $49, you will egt a 3-month membership. As a result, you will get the P.O.C.I. Newsletter, which is Newsstand worthy and Edited by Don Keefe (Former Editor of Pontiac Enthusiast Magazine). The Newsleter is around the same quality as "Car Culture Deluxe (linked)" and "Ol' Skool Rodz (linked)". Also Alan Mayes is a contributor to the the P.O.C.I. newsletter and P.O.C.I. Vice President, PLUS the Editor of those 2 magazines (just to give you an idea of the quality of the newsletter publication).
Again, in order to SHOW your vehicle and attend the verious seminars and club sponsored activities YOU MUST BE A MEMBER (for insurance purposes).
If you want to attend the PONTIAC DRAG DAY at BYRON on Friday the 20th, you can show up. This IS NOT A CLUB SPONSORED EVENT. So, ANYONE who would like to attend is encouraged to bring their Pontiac. If you do not have a Pontiac and would like to have your doors blown off BY a Pontiac, you can attend as well.
