If they were normally 150 Id be jumping all over that. Once you hit that 250, I might as well save up a few more dollars and buy something new that doesnt need a specialty cartridge. Or a K98.

Ordered a few magazine from Brownells and theyre taking FOREVER to ship them....

I may be in the wrong hobby though since having patience after buying things isnt my strong suit. Too used to Amazon Prime.

Lord knows I want to. Need to add a nice AR and I desperately want a bolt action. In fact, I can tell you Trump is not in collusion with russia cause there are no $100 Mosin Nagants out there.
How about a bolt action like this?

This is different from the typical 12 and 6 o'clock positioning that places the bottom lug directly behind the feed ramp where there is very little material in the action. Every Havak Precision Hunter is hand bedded with aluminum pillars perfectly pairing the stock to its action and free floating barrel.

The PH1 comes with a 3-5 round carbon fiber magazine (caliber dependent), ProComp stock, Timney 510 trigger factory set at 3-3.5 lbs and a spiral fluted barrel threaded 5/8-24 for a suppressor or muzzle brake. Each rifle is meticulously hand built, inspected and test fired with factory match ammo.

Specs (cont.):

Timney 510 trigger factory set at 3lbs
ProComp CH1 carbon fiber stock
Weight: 7lbs

Any of the $300 "hunter" rifles would be a better choice to me over a Mosin at 250. Supposedly the Thompson one that's out now is really awesome.

A lot of want for around $2k.

I can sell the Havak Pro Hunter PH1 for about $1950, and the HAVAK Pro HP1 for about $1850.

They're all built to order from Seekins.

If they didn't have pricey dealer orders, I'd be a dealer for them. But yea.... They're have a high start up for dealers.

I've just always wanted an ACOG and that reticle they're using is really nice when you learn how it all works...

Yes sir. I've always liked that company. Thinking of adding one to my next build. Lol. I'm gonna start on my lower soon. 2 lowers. One will be a pistol build, the other maybe a 300 blackout build.

Also, going to send you a PM with an update in a few minutes.

They give a military and LE discount on their site, I gotta see if it applies to Trijicon then have my Dad buy it for me with his paperwork to get the discount.

I just got an email back from them that they're not offering that reticle on a 3.5x ACOG which I like because it has a longer eye relief than the 4x does.

Didn't know they offered military discounts or anything. They go through a different site that allows you to look up their brand through an affiliate (military or LEO) and you submit an application to join that affiliation so they can confirm. Just filled out now.

One of these days Im going to learn my lesson and just buy a damn AR when prices are decent and demand is low. The conversation we just had about prices are now out the window cause of some dumbass that cant find an outlet besides hurting people.

I think you're relatively safe from price spikes as long as Trump is in office. Those scares are over, and i don't see any anti-constitutional crap happening under him. You can build one right now as we speak for under 300.

I have at the one in hoffman estates, never again though. Forgot it was cook county at the time and you pay inflated prices and the gun tax.

Cabelas is an awesome store though.

Even if Trump said he wanted a complete ban the left would probably vote against him.

I'm having one shipped there as we speak(ordered on their website, so no shipping/FFL fees).

I pick up little things like cleaning stuff and misc ammo there too...Although, for larger ammo purchases, there's websites that end up being cheaper even after paying for shipping.

Is there anything better than showing someone who says we have to get rid of all AR15's a picture of a Ruger Mini 14 and ask if this is okay and they are totally fine with it?
