Our house is one of the highest in the neighborhood and is surrounded by empty lots so we do not get the benefit of other houses blocking the wind. On top of that the shingle are crap. So whenever we get strong winds we lose a few shingles or they get loose and flap. The roof is a 12 degree pitch on a ranch so it is pretty steep to walk around on and I can't do it anymore. We had been using a roofing company to come out and fix these small issues but this year they have been awol.
So I am looking for a recommendation for either someone willing to come out and do this or a roofing company.
